2024 Fitness recap
In 2024, I completed 216 workouts, lifted 1.2M lbs and completed 2,876 sets. In 2025, I want to focus on increasing my workout volume consistently, and aim for 300 workouts completed. My fitness goals overall include a mix of building strength, mobility, and improving at calisthenics fundamentals. My primary goals for 2025 include: - 1 muscle up - 15-second handstand - Full side split - 150lb bench - 315lb deadlift PS: If you're on Hevy, say hello and follow along! :).
I don't know how to code, and I just shipped a new iteration of this blog alongside AI over the Christmas break. It took me about 7 days to put together, from my first line of code to what you see right now. It's a truly special time to be able to do this. Excited for this fresh start, and to keep building this as my little corner on the internet, one brick at a time. I'm moving my content off of Webflow, Substack, etc to this blog \(built using NextJS, TypeScript, React, and MDX.\) and will be publishing here moving forward.
