2024 Fitness recap
In 2024, I completed 216 workouts, lifted 1.2M lbs and completed 2,876 sets. In 2025, I want to focus on increasing my workout volume consistently, and aim for 300 workouts completed. My fitness goals overall include a mix of building strength, mobility, and improving at calisthenics fundamentals.
My primary goals for 2025 include:
- 1 muscle up
- 15-second handstand
- Full side split
- 150lb bench
- 315lb deadlift
